Refund Policy

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing. Please ensure you select your items carefully and refer to our sizing guide.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. We will require proof of the damage (such as photos), so we can review and process your request.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@starstruckaus.com with your order details. Once your exchange is approved, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Eligibility: Items not in original condition, worn, or returned after the exchange period may not qualify for an exchange.

Important Notes

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
